The bulk of Caerphilly family housing is post-war estate building through Penyrheol, Trecenydd, Hendredenny and Lansbury Park, which usually means a standard plan kitchen with a solid concrete ground floor, a back door landing in the middle of the best run of wall and a boiler sat exactly where you wanted a tall unit.
