We work out which one applies at the survey and show you exactly what a layout change involves, because it is far better to design the kitchen around what the floor allows than to order a plan that assumes a suspended floor. The boiler is the other one. You can design around it with a Howdens door on a boiler cupboard so the run reads continuous, or have it relocated by a Gas Safe registered engineer, which we coordinate. The estates are kinder than a city terrace when it comes to getting the kitchen in. Most Caerphilly properties have a driveway or off street space, which we will use for the van if you are happy, and there is usually room for a tail lift delivery.
