Level floors and square rooms genuinely speed a Magnet fit up, and they flatter the finishes that are hardest to fit. A gloss run on Brackla or Parc Derwen will read dead straight with far less packing than the same kitchen in a valley terrace, and an in frame range gets its consistent door gaps without a fight. The catch on modern estate housing is what is behind the plaster. Laminate is cut, jointed and fitted in the same visit as the Magnet units, while quartz or granite is templated once the bases are in and fitted by the stone supplier a week or two later.
